Job summary

Imperial Enterprise is seeking a part-time, fixed-term Events Coordinator to generate important experiences for attendees of partnerships events, including the Imperial Collider series, roundtables and networking opportunities across the year.

You will bring teams together to deliver high quality events and develop relationships with industry partners across Imperial, coordinating venues, catering, running orders and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Planning and operational delivery for high-profile events such as the Imperial Collider series and coordinating cross-University teams to bring together academic and industry partners.
• Booking venues and catering, determining running orders, organising suppliers and project managing teams to ensure successful delivery.
