Job summary

Insight Select Ltd is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to own a portfolio of high-profile partnerships across education, student and not-for-profit sectors. The role involves shaping partnership strategy, driving long-term revenue growth and managing relationships with senior executives including Board-level stakeholders.

Based in Cheltenham or Home-Based, ideally within commuting distance of Greater London, offering a salary up to £70,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing strategic partnerships, major accounts or affinity relationships within financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong track record of delivering commercial growth across an established portfolio.
• Experience with complex partnerships and distribution relationships, including Affinity or Appointed Representative models.

Responsibilities

• Take strategic ownership of an established portfolio of partnerships, driving engagement, retention and long-term commercial success
• Build and develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CEOs and Board-level contacts
• Drive revenue growth through account development, cross-selling, upselling and identifying new commercial opportunities
• Oversee partner performance, governance, regulatory compliance and Appointed Representative relationships
• Contribute to the wider commercial strategy and expansion into new markets
• Represent the business at industry events and forums, collaborating with internal teams to deliver outcomes
