Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking a Head of Partnerships to open doors for the charity, build trusted relationships with senior leaders, and translate conversations into lasting partnerships. You will work with the Training and Engagement Manager, Fundraising Lead and Marketing Officer to shape offers and achieve income targets.

You'll be part of the senior team reporting to the Chief Executive, with a focus on expanding partnerships across workplaces, schools and community

Qualifications

• Ability to understand people and organisations, build trust and turn conversations into partnerships.
• Track record of building relationships that led to new business or income.
• Commercial mindset while staying principled and values driven.
• Excellent communication with strong influencing skills.
