Job summary

Insight Select Limited is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to own a portfolio of high-profile partnerships across education, student, and not-for-profit sectors. You will develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, protect existing business and drive sustainable growth within an established portfolio.

This senior role requires a commercially driven leader who can influence Board-level audiences and shape partnership strategy while collaborating across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing strategic partnerships or affinity relationships in financial services or similar regulated environments.
• Track record delivering commercial growth across an established portfolio with revenue targets.
• Experience with complex partnerships and distribution models (Affinity or AR).
• Strong understanding of regulatory governance, FCA or equivalent.
• Confident at engaging senior stakeholders (C-suite/Board).
• Commercial relationship builder balancing retention, growth and proposition development.

Responsibilities

• Take strategic ownership of an established portfolio of partnerships, driving engagement, retention and long-term commercial success.
• Build and develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a key strategic adviser.
• Drive revenue growth through account development, cross-selling, upselling and new opportunities.
• Oversee partner performance with governance and regulatory compliance for Appointed Representative relationships.
• Contribute to wider commercial strategy and expansion into new markets.
• Represent the business at industry events and conferences while coordinating with internal teams.
