Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Channel/Partner Program Management within the SaaS vendor.
  • Experience with Developer Tools space is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in communication to navigate internal ecosystems.
  • Experience building or managing a value-based loyalty/incentive system.
  • A key resource offering support to essential partners.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain a tiered partner program.
  • Collaborate with the Enablement team and others.
  • Design and manage referral fees and co-marketing funds.
  • Own the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform.
  • Create marketing kits for partners.
  • Track KPIs like Partner-Sourced Revenue.
  • Create sales and technical incentives.
