Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Partner Manager - Networking to collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive sales growth and implement DEI strategies.

You will manage the full lifecycle of programs, onboard partners, and track key performance metrics to support revenue and margin growth. You will also oversee CRM data management, regional data analysis, and contribute to events and training sessions to educate partners and teams.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in sales/sales support, partner support, or a similar role.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events. 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse partners and internal teams to support sales growth initiatives and improve strategic and operational performance.
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with key partners to support program objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and compliance of DEI strategies, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of program management from ideation to implementation, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and engagement.
• Facilitate partner onboarding and support rollout of new partner programs with documented processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in program management, guiding and developing proposals aligned with sales goals.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including diversity spend and revenue/margin growth.
• Coordinate and participate in events, webinars, and training sessions to educate partners and support teams.
• Handle CRM data management and regional data analysis to inform decision-making.
