SHI International Corp. is seeking a Partner Manager to support sales and technical teams, drive collaboration with partners, and push growth to meet margin targets.

The role focuses on building partner relationships, resolving conflicts, and promoting joint initiatives while coordinating training and enablement for sales and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a completed Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in outside sales, and willingness to travel to SHI events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and customer events.
• Experience selling go-to-market solutions and working in a matrix environment.

Responsabilités

• Support SHI’s sales leadership, account executives, and technical teams in selling go-to-market solutions.
• Facilitate strategic planning meetings and training between sales leaders and technical teams.
• Drive partner growth and ensure achievement of gross margin targets within the unit.
