Golden Lane Housing Limited is seeking an Organisational Development Business Partner. This home-based role involves regular travel to support delivery of the People and Culture Strategy, focusing on organisational development, culture change and leadership development.

You will collaborate with the Director of Business Services and Head of People and Culture on transformation projects and learning requirements for colleagues and board members.

Qualificações

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards
• Experience in Learning & Development design, delivery and evaluation
• Experience with culture change
• Ability to analyse data and report findings
• Ability to influence and engage groups
• Experience managing projects and meeting tight timescales

Responsabilidades

• Lead organisational development initiatives aligned to the People and Culture Strategy
• Design, deliver and evaluate OD interventions for individuals, teams and the organisation
• Build relationships with managers and external providers to ensure effective delivery
• Support engagement activities including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
• Develop and report on coaching schemes and leadership development programs
• Create succession plans and report on progress to executives
