Golden Lane Housing is seeking a Business Analyst on a remote basis to support its digital transformation and project portfolio. You will gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of organisational change.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience with housing management systems. Collaboration with project teams and SMEs is essential to drive improvements across the business.

Formación

• Experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with housing management applications or equivalent.
• Knowledge of BA standards and project methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma).
• Experience leading workshops with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
