Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of operational metrics as defined by the operating contract.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency across service lines, challenging existing practices.
• Review subcontracted services and move to self-delivery where advantageous.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring resources meet contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Compliance, EHS, Finance and other support functions to ensure consistent service delivery.
