Job summary

CBRE is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee regional facilities teams, driving workforce planning, recruitment, coaching and performance reviews to deliver on contractual obligations and service levels.

You will lead operational delivery, financial oversight and governance, reporting progress to clients and senior leadership, while promoting CBRE's values and a high-performance culture.

• Familiarity with workforce planning, recruitment, coaching and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for leadership, development and performance of operational teams, including workforce planning, recruitment, coaching, succession planning, performance management, training and annual reviews.
• Provide formal supervision and direction to employees, setting clear expectations and promoting a high-performance culture.
• Establish, monitor and deliver departmental objectives, priorities and deadlines.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency across service lines and strive for continuous improvement.
• Lead reviews of subcontracted services and move to self-delivery where advantageous.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Compliance, EHS, Finance and other support functions for consistent service delivery.
• Deliver operational metrics and KPIs; manage budgets and forecasting activities with Finance and leadership.
• Engage in client governance, attend meetings and report performance and improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with CBRE and client policies, promote a strong safety culture and adhere to EHS requirements.
• Lead by example, influence stakeholders, and apply broad operational knowledge to drive performance.
