Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an integrated transformation roadmap across processes, governance, technology and data.
• Translate strategic objectives into operating model initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Partner with business leaders to define the Target Operating Model and transition plans.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and regulatory considerations.
• Design and run governance frameworks and executive decision materials.
• Foster collaboration across global solution lines, regions, and ABS.
• Lead executive communication including dashboards and presentations.
• Support adoption through pilots, phased rollouts and continuous improvement.
