Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Consulting to lead enterprise-wide transformation and design of a multi-year Operating Model Transformation. The role partners with ABS leadership to turn strategy into measurable outcomes and scale it across regions and functions.

You will drive end-to-end operating model design, coordinate cross-functional teams of internal consultants and project managers, and translate enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps with governance and change

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management consulting or internal consulting/strategy roles.
• Deep expertise in operating model development and process re-engineering.
• Ability to connect strategy to execution and drive real impact.
• Strong collaborator management and influencing skills with senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical thinking and comfort with data and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ABS leadership to define vision, priorities, and roadmaps for business model redesign.
• Lead end-to-end operating model design including governance and scalable solutions.
• Apply structured consulting methodologies to inform decision-making.
• Orchestrate implementation across multiple workstreams with pilots and scaling.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and enable effective governance and change adoption.
