Job summary

Aon is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead a business-led transformation across operating models, governance, and technology integration. You will partner with Internal Consulting and senior leaders, delivering measurable business outcomes and coordinating across global regions.

You will drive the roadmap, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives, with hybrid work from home and London head office as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in business transformation, program management, or management consulting.
• Strong business insight with ability to connect strategy to operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs and achieve tangible results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including influencing without formal authority.
• Analytical/problem-solving capabilities supported by data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an integrated transformation roadmap covering processes, organization, governance, technology, and data linked to business impact.
• Translate strategic objectives into operating model initiatives (centralization, standardization, digitization, global capabilities) with measurable benefits.
• Define and evolve the Target Operating Model with roles, responsibilities, and location strategy.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; support data-driven decisions at senior leadership level.
• Design and run governance frameworks (steering committees, decision forums, portfolio reviews).
• Foster collaboration across Solution Lines, Regions, Functions, ABS in a global matrix organization.
• Lead executive communications, including presentations, dashboards, and decision materials.
• Support adoption of the Target Operating Model through pilots, phased rollouts, and continuous improvement.
