You will develop strategic plans, identify opportunities from land to completion, and collaborate with multiple Saint-Gobain brands to ensure a seamless experience for developers, contractors and architects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or Specification Sales within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of the housebuilder, construction or building products market.
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and brands.
• A proactive, customer-centric approach to account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with regional and national housebuilder customers across the North West.
• Create strategic account plans to deliver sustainable sales growth and new specification opportunities.
• Identify opportunities from land acquisition through construction to completion.
• Collaborate with Saint-Gobain stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support framework agreements and maximise opportunities across key accounts.
• Engage developers, contractors, architects and supply chain partners to influence specifications.
• Monitor market activity and regional housing trends to inform strategy.
• Deliver customer presentations, business reviews and growth plans.
