Job summary

Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth across our Infrastructure and Building product ranges in the Southwest UK. You will visit stockists and contractors, promoting our product portfolio and developing the regional market.

You will manage the area to hit volume and gross margin targets, nurturing relationships with stockists, contractors and specialist applicators, and support key projects across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the construction sector (e.g. concrete repair, ready mix, grouting, waterproofing, fixings or similar).
• Customer-focused, professional, and able to communicate technical observations clearly and effectively.
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit stockists and engage with contractors across the region to promote our product portfolio.
• Manage and develop the area to achieve volume and gross margin targets, nurturing relationships with stockists, contractors and specialist applicators.
• Manage your infrastructure-led specification bank KPI and run the area as a hybrid specification role when required.
• Support key projects and generate new business opportunities across the supply chain and contractor base.
