Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland is recruiting a Regional Housebuilder Manager to own key accounts in the North West. You will build influential relationships, drive specification opportunities and support residential developments across Saint-Gobain solutions.

In this strategic role, you will identify opportunities from land acquisition through to completion, collaborating with multiple brands to deliver a seamless customer experience and commercial growth.

• Proven track record of growing commercial accounts and delivering growth.

As part of this exciting journey, we're looking for a Regional Housebuilder Manager to take ownership of key accounts across the North West, helping to deliver a more integrated and customer-focused approach across our market-leading solutions.

This is a strategic account management role where you'll build influential relationships, drive specification opportunities and support some of the region's most prominent residential developments.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and managing relationships with regional and national housebuilder customers across the North West.
• Creating strategic account plans to deliver sustainable sales growth and increased specification opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities from land acquisition through to construction and completion.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Saint-Gobain businesses to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Supporting framework agreements and maximising opportunities across key accounts.
• Engaging with developers, contractors, architects and supply chain partners to influence project specifications.
• Monitoring market activity, competitor movements and regional housing trends.
  Delivering customer presentations, business reviews and growth plans.

What we're looking for:

We're interested in speaking with people who have:

• Experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or Specification Sales within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of the housebuilder, construction or building products market.
• A track record of developing strategic customer relationships and delivering commercial growth.
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and brands.
• A proactive, customer-centric approach to account management.
