Job summary

Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland is recruiting a Regional Housebuilder Manager to own key accounts in the North West. You will build influential relationships, drive specification opportunities and support residential developments across Saint-Gobain solutions.

In this strategic role, you will identify opportunities from land acquisition through to completion, collaborating with multiple brands to deliver a seamless customer experience and commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing key accounts within construction or housebuilder sectors.
• Knowledge of housebuilder, construction or building products markets.
• Proven track record of growing commercial accounts and delivering growth.
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with regional and national housebuilder customers across the North West.
• Create strategic account plans to deliver sustainable sales growth and increased opportunities.
• Identify opportunities from land acquisition through to construction and completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Saint-Gobain to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support framework agreements and maximise opportunities across key accounts.
• Engage with developers, contractors, architects and supply chain partners to influence specifications.
• Monitor market activity and regional housing trends; deliver customer presentations and business reviews.
