Job summary

Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions is seeking a Regional Contractor & Housebuilder Support Manager to cover the North of England. This field-based role will build strong relationships with contractors and housebuilders, champion installation methods, and provide market-leading technical support on-site and via our Training Academy.

You will work with the Head of Contractor & Housebuilder Support to grow partnerships, feed insights for product development, and deliver practical render training

Qualifications

• Vocational Qualification Level 3 in Plastering or Advanced Craft Certificate in Plastering.
• Significant hands-on experience in projection plastering, rendering and spray-applied coatings.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, Building Regulations and site compliance.
• Experience with National Housebuilders & Plastering Contractors.
• Confident presenter and trainer; ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North of England.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the contractor and housebuilder network across the North of England.
• Provide proactive technical support and education to housebuilders.
• Deliver practical training at SG Training Academies nationwide.
• Feed customer feedback into product and system development.
• Investigate technical issues and provide clear solutions.
• Coaching the commercial team to improve render knowledge and practice.
• Conduct site audits, start-ups and technical reviews.
