Places for People is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to drive growth by leading end-to-end tender and bid processes for PfP Students across the UK. You will collaborate with the Head of Business Development and stakeholders to deliver high-quality submissions that differentiate our offering and support growth strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience operating at Bid Manager level within a competitive tendering environment.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes and local government portals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex bids and maintain stakeholder relationships.

• Lead end-to-end tender and bid processes for PfP Students.
• Manage multiple bids concurrently and identify new opportunities through portals and market intelligence.
• Lead bid reviews and debriefs and monitor bid performance.
• Maintain an up-to-date tender pipeline and shape future bidding strategies with market insight.
• Provide leadership to temporary bid writers during peak periods.
