Job summary

SHI UK is seeking a Solutions Executive for Microsoft to drive growth in our rapidly expanding Microsoft practice. You will coordinate a cross-functional team, build relationships with internal sellers and C-level executives, and showcase SHI’s Microsoft capabilities to help customers achieve business outcomes.

You will generate and manage pipeline by understanding customer needs and positioning SHI solutions, while collaborating with AWS or Microsoft technologies and expanding cloud management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2–4 years of Inside/Outside Sales experience requested.
• Cloud concepts experience (AWS or Microsoft) preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~20% to cover regional markets.
• Advanced certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or MCP within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage Microsoft-based revenue and gross margin.
• Develop and maintain strategic C-level relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and account teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Educate internal teams on core Microsoft products, programs, and operations.
• Provide a simplified billing experience in a multi-cloud world and guide onboarding.
• Forecast, report, and track sales activity in assigned regions.
