Holiday Inn London - Shepperton is seeking a Meetings & Events Executive to drive client relationships, convert enquiries to bookings and deliver seamless events. You will plan, coordinate and oversee on-site support, managing details from function sheets to budgets with a keen focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong organisation, communication and a proven sales mindset to ensure targets are met and events exceed expectations across the M&E segments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years meeting and events sales/office experience.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, with a guest-focused approach.
• Sales acumen and track record of meeting targets.
• Proficiency with OPERA, Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries, convert leads to bookings and build client relationships to meet sales targets.
• Create detailed event plans, function sheets, timetables, menus and bespoke client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding events for returning clients.
• Provide on-site support, troubleshoot issues and maintain high service standards.
• Manage event database (OPERA), post charges, process invoices and update records.
• Prepare reports, track budgets and analyse performance to meet targets.
