Responsibilities

• Manage meeting and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
• Build positive relationships with clients, guests and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation accurately.
• Conduct client showrounds and support sales activity where required.
• Coordinate event requirements and communicate details with operations teams.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and maximise conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in hotel systems.
• Support achievement of meeting and events revenue targets.
