Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Market Development Manager in the UK to lead regional market development and a robust NHS stakeholder engagement programme. The role combines sales, business development and strategic planning to secure high-value public sector contracts and expand our footprint within the NHS ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or BD, strong project management, and the ability to build cross-functional networks across UK and Ireland teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Proven track record delivering high value public sector contracts.
• Ability to build a network of NHS stakeholders from Trust level to ICB level.

Aufgaben

• Own the regional market development strategy and pipeline.
• Lead strategic engagement with senior NHS stakeholders across Trusts, Health Boards, ICBs, HSE and influencers.
• Drive market creation and manage tender lifecycle for the region.
• Foster cross-functional relationships across Commercial, Medical, Operations, Finance and Legal.
• Promote business development strategy across UK and Ireland teams.
