Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Business Development Manager in the UK to drive regional growth through strategic NHS stakeholder engagement and market development. The role combines sales acumen with cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Medical, Operations, Finance and Legal teams.

You will own the regional business development strategy, manage tenders, and build a strong pipeline while working in a hybrid, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales or business development role with track record in public sector contracts.
• Experience building networks of NHS stakeholders from Trust to ICB level.
• Hybrid, full-time role; 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday; travel may be required.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of business development strategy and pipeline in your region.
• Lead strategic engagement with senior level stakeholders across NHS Trusts, NHS Health Boards, ICBs, HSE, Charities.
• Be responsible for market creation and growth in your region.
• Manage tender lifecycle for your region.
• Cross-functional relationship building across Commercial, Medical, Operations, Finance and Legal teams.
