Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth within the NHS landscape. You will own the regional BD strategy, engaging senior NHS stakeholders and managing tenders, with a focus on strategic market creation and cross-functional collaboration.

The role is hybrid, full-time (37.5 hours) with travel domestically and internationally, reporting to the Head of Business Development. A full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in a sales or business development role.
• Proven track record in delivering high value public sector contracts.
• Experience building networks with NHS stakeholders from Trust level to ICB level.

Responsibilities

• Own the business development strategy and pipeline for your region.
• Lead strategic engagement with senior NHS stakeholders across NHS Trusts, NHS Health Boards, ICBs, HSE, Charities and influencers.
• Drive market creation and identify opportunities to grow inorganic sales.
• Manage tender lifecycle for your region.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with Commercial, Medical, Operations, Finance and Legal teams.
