Zusammenfassung

Fresenius Medical Care is looking for a Market Development Manager to drive sales and business development across NHS stakeholders, with a focus on strategic engagement and market creation. A strong track record in securing public sector contracts and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally are essential.

The role combines remote and office-based work in a hybrid setup, with full-time hours (37.5 per week).

Qualifikationen

5+ years’ experience in a sales or business development role.
Experience in medical devices, medical providers or healthcare organisations is advantageous.
Strong project management, prioritisation and networking capabilities.
Ability to build a network of NHS stakeholders from Trust level to ICB level.

Aufgaben

Owns the business development strategy and pipeline for the region.
Leads strategic engagement with senior NHS Trusts, Health Boards, ICBs, HSE, charities and influencers.
Manages market creation and tender lifecycle for the region.
Fosters cross-functional relationships across Commercial, Medical, Operations, Finance and Legal teams.
