Job summary

Tradeweb Market Data Sales Executive role based in London, office-based. You will drive sales across Market Data, engaging with financial institutions and redistributors, building a strong pipeline and delivering strategic solutions.

You will collaborate with European teams, leverage Salesforce, and must have a proven track record in large-scale deal making, forecasting, and client relationship management. This is a permanent, full-time AVP-level opportunity.

Qualifications

• Established network of decision-makers within financial institutions or market data redistributors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in market data sales.
• Experience prospecting, negotiating and closing large-scale deals in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Report to European Head of Market Data Sales and execute the market data sales strategy.
• Develop and own a territory engagement plan to build and convert a strong sales pipeline.
• Use a consultative sales approach to match client needs with market data solutions.
• Deepen existing client relationships and help customers derive greater value from services.
• Coordinate internal teams to support opportunities and client needs.
• Gather client feedback and share actionable insights with product teams.
• Identify themes and trends across clients to tailor sales plans for segments.
• Partner with UK/Europe sales teams to generate opportunities from product launches and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
