Belcan, a Cognizant company, is seeking a Senior Marine Vessel Engineering Consultant to provide high-value guidance across HVAC, Hydraulics, Electrical and Structural systems. You will influence decisions and shape outcomes across multidisciplinary projects throughout the vessel lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory work, compliance, and performance analytics, with FORAN as a key design tool. Expect involvement from concept through to in-service support on modern fleets.

Qualificações

• Experience across vessel systems design and evaluation.
• Knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL and class rules.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary assessments and reviews.
• Experience with upgrades, refits and performance analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert consulting across HVAC, Hydraulics, Electrical, and Structural disciplines.
• Lead technical assessments and integration studies for complex systems.
• Diagnose cross-discipline issues and propose practical solutions.
• Support design reviews using FORAN and related tools.
• Advise on upgrades, refits and modifications with compliance focus.
• Drive efficiency, reliability and sustainability through strategic input.
• Support stakeholders during dry dock, commissioning and in-service phases.
