You will join a customer-centric post-sales team to resolve core technical issues onsite and remotely, ensuring stable project delivery and digital design value.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of piping and shipyard piping production design.
• Hands-on AVEVA Marine / AVEVA E3D software experience.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Competent English reading, writing and communication abilities.
• Able to coordinate multiple parallel projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle AVEVA Marine and E3D technical support for shipyard and offshore customers.
• Conduct on-site and remote support to ensure stable project delivery.
• Resolve software faults and provide guidance for optimization.
• Deliver standardized after-sales training and technical guidance.
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure issue closure per procedures.
