Job summary

University Hospitals Dorset is seeking a Mandatory Training Lead to oversee statutory, mandatory and essential skills training across the Trust. You will lead induction, manage training systems (OLM) and ensure governance and compliance through data reporting and quality assurance.

The role requires strategic and operational leadership of the BEAT Education Team, with responsibility for developing policies, leading service improvements and working with multiple stakeholders across the Trust and

Qualifications

• First degree or relevant equivalent experience and training.
• Evidence of leadership and managerial development.
• Experience of delivering training to a range of staff groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory and mandatory training programmes.
• Manage Trust Induction and training compliance.
• Oversee training systems including OLM.
• Line manage education staff.
• Monitor training compliance and produce reports.
• Develop and improve training programmes and policies.
• Lead service improvement projects.
