Job summary

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a strategic Head of Learning & Organisational Development to lead the Education & Organisational Development portfolio. You will shape induction, mandatory training, library and eLearning services, and staff experience, aligning with workforce priorities and the Trust’s strategy.

You will report to the Assistant Director of Education & OD, delivering measurable improvements and strengthening workforce capability across MKUH.

Qualifications

• Substantial Learning & OD leadership experience.
• Expertise in organisational development, digital learning and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage budgets and contracts within NHS settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Learning & OD portfolio across four core components.
• Oversee high-quality training, interventions and services for staff.
• Drive technology-enabled learning and knowledge services plans.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and other departments to ensure impact.
