Responsibilities

• Lead mandatory and statutory training programmes.
• Manage Trust Induction and training compliance.
• Oversee training systems, including OLM.
• Line manage education and training staff.
• Monitor performance and produce compliance reports.
• Drive quality improvement and service development.
• Work with stakeholders to support workforce development.
• Lead and manage the Trust’s statutory and mandatory training programmes.
• Ensure staff complete required training and that compliance targets are met.
• Oversee Trust Induction and onboarding quality for new staff.
• Support management and development of education systems (OLM).
• Lead and support Education and Training Coordinators and OLM Lead.
