Job summary

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Mandatory Skills Trainer to join our Preston-based Mandatory Training Team. You will deliver essential hands-on training and evaluate programmes to ensure compliance with national healthcare safety standards.

You'll work across moving & handling, basic life support, conflict resolution and resuscitation courses, supporting policy embedding and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop, deliver and review

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver and evaluate mandatory training programmes.
• Experience delivering training to healthcare staff to national standards.
• Ability to embed training policies and work with a training team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate core Mandatory Training programmes to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support the embedding of the Mandatory Training Policy.
• Collaborate with the Mandatory Training team to deliver an agreed programme of activity.
• Support subject matter experts in development, delivery and evaluation of Mandatory Training.
• Provide a range of Moving & Handling, Resuscitation, Physical Health and Job Mandated training to ensure safety.
