You will provide strategic and operational leadership for training programmes, Induction, and non-clinical education, ensuring compliance with NHS standards and the Core Skills Training Framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading mandatory training programmes and staff development.
• Knowledge of NHS safeguarding and compliance requirements.
• Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Oracle Learning Management) is desirable.
