Job summary

The University of Cambridge is seeking a Management Accountant to join the Estates Division on a full-time, permanent basis. You will provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis to support senior management and decision-making.

You will work closely with the Finance Manager and stakeholders to drive value and improve processes. The role requires a qualified accountant (ACMA/ ACA/ ACCA or CIPFA) or equivalent experience, with a proven track record in financial modelling,

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with strong financial planning, budgeting and forecasting experience.
Experience in business partnering and advisory support to senior managers.
Proven ability to design and improve financial procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Estate Division.
Deliver analysis and recommendations to support resource allocation and decisions.
Collaborate with Finance Manager and senior stakeholders on remuneration and modelling.
Enhance financial management systems, processes and controls.
