Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics and distribution management.
• Proven expertise in warehouse operations, transportation management, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Excellent understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute logistics and distribution strategies to align with company objectives.
• Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
• Manage transportation logistics, including carrier selection, contract negotiation, and route optimization.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics and warehouse teams to foster a high‑performance culture.
