Placements24 is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator for our client’s busy Randburg facility. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, coordinating shipments, and supporting the warehouse team to run daily operations smoothly and safely.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in logistics, and proficiency with MS Excel. This on-site position offers a structured environment and opportunities for professional training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics or administrative support.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel for data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock takes.
• Process shipping and receiving documentation with accuracy.
• Assist with warehouse space utilization and orderly storage of goods.
• Provide administrative support to warehouse management, including reporting and data entry.
• Ensure safety procedures and a clean, organized warehouse environment in Randburg.
