Clariness seeks a Senior Business Development Director (f/md/) to drive growth across international life sciences markets via the ClinLife platform. The role is full-time with global remit, focusing on strategic opportunities and partnerships in biotech, pharma, CROs, and medical devices.

You will lead complex opportunities, manage key accounts, and represent Clariness at conferences and client meetings, while guiding product and service improvements through market insights and strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 8 years of sales and business development experience
• Proven experience with large pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology, CROs, or life sciences
• Experience in international markets across multiple commercial disciplines
• Strong client relationship building and growth mindset

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities within biotech, pharma, medical device, and CRO sectors
• Growing and managing strategic and existing customer accounts
• Building relationships with clients, partners, distributors, and key opinion leaders
• Representing the company at conferences, networking events, and client meetings
• Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and providing reliable sales forecasts
• Supporting leadership in achieving commercial objectives and identifying opportunities to improve products, services, and processes
• Acting as a trusted advisor by bringing market insights and driving continuous improvement
