Job summary

Resonant Clinical Solutions, based in Chorley, is seeking a Bid Manager to translate customer requirements into viable, deliverable solutions across Clinical Services. You will lead proposals, quotations, RFIs, RFPs and SOWs, collaborating with BD and operations to reflect customer needs accurately.

You will build strong customer relationships, develop pricing strategies, and support onboarding and handovers to ensure successful execution of global clinical trial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in account management, bid management, or proposal management in healthcare or life sciences.
• Proven experience preparing quotations, proposals, budgets, contracts, and commercial documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness, financial analysis, and pricing experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and coordination of quotations, proposals, SOWs, RFIs, and RFP responses.
• Act as SME across Equipment & Ancillary Services, Custom Kitting, and Biorepository & Archiving solutions.
• Review requirements, identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; collaborate with BD and customers.
• Develop pricing strategies and budgets; prepare commercial proposals within timelines.
• Support onboarding and project handovers from proposal to execution.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Support BD with financial analysis and market insights.
