Job summary

Kilburn & Strode is seeking a Director of Clients and Markets to lead business development and marketing activity. The role sits on the BD side, collaborating with partners across Life Sciences & Chemistry and Trade Marks, and shaping firmwide programmes to win premium clients and work.

You will co-design and drive key BD initiatives, build senior-level relationships, and deliver a structured approach to client targeting, market intelligence and performance reporting for strategic growth.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in BD within a professional services environment.
• Experience leading BD programmes and designing frameworks.
• Ability to engage at the most senior levels and influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Be the embedded BD partner for Life Sciences & Chemistry and Trade Marks practice groups, providing focused support to partners.
• Lead firmwide BD programmes, including key account management, client listening and market intelligence initiatives.
• Develop and maintain BD reporting, measure progress, and align activities with the Governance Board.
