• Executive-level leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with portfolio-level planning and long-range forecasting.
• Understanding of global clinical development and regulatory pathways.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual annual sales target across pharmaceutical clients within the suite of IQVIA services.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within target accounts.
• Establish and execute comprehensive sales plans for each account.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and understand customer organizations.
• Network within the industry to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Monitor leads and opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Analyze opportunities and craft sales strategies for each customer account.
• Propose appropriate strategies/solutions and track progress against plans.
• Establish brand recognition and coordinate with Project Managers on customer satisfaction.
• Educate team on customer needs and close sales with proposed solutions.
• Coordinate with contracts and proposals to develop compelling proposals.
• Follow up on sales and drive completion of contractual documents.
• Use CRM dashboards to analyze business development and sales activities.
• Maintain high visibility within customer organizations.
• Lead or participate in change-management initiatives for the sales organization.
• Provide mentorship to junior sales staff.
