Job summary

QA is seeking a Senior Learning Solutions Consultant to deliver consultancy services across government and commercial clients. You will design blended learning solutions, lead complex engagements, and grow client relationships while mentoring junior staff.

Travel to client sites is expected; work from home when not on site. You’ll apply learning methodologies, develop assessments, and contribute to bids and thought leadership. We offer wellbeing and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Evidence of delivering L&D consulting engagements across client contexts.
• Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing learning solutions and evaluating impact.

Responsibilities

• Perform L&D consulting engagements with government client learning stakeholders, building trust, demonstrating L&D and consulting expertise and delivering on client expectations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to establish trusted advisor status and develop business opportunities.
• Use consulting skillset and knowledge of proven learning methodologies to capture learning requirements and define learning outcomes to meet learning needs.
• Scope, design, develop and deliver creative, innovative and impactful learning solutions for clients.
• Develop learning assessments and evaluations to ensure programmes can be evaluated and measured aligned to organisational aims.
• Prepare bids, tenders, proposals and presentations with relevant subject matter experts, and write thought leadership or academic papers to support senior client stakeholders and contribute to knowledge management and skill‑share activities.
• Manage more junior learning consultants and lead and mentor them to enable them to grow and develop as consultants, with regular travel required to work on clients’ sites and opportunity to work from home when not on site.
