Job summary

PROPER SNACKS is seeking a Learning, Talent & Growth Manager to shape how we develop our people and leadership pipeline across London and Nuneaton. You’ll embed strong learning foundations, drive compliance, and partner with leaders to create clear pathways for growth while expanding learning across the business.

Qualifications

• Depth of experience designing and delivering learning and capability strategies within a growing organisation.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making in learning.
• Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies and capability-building approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning governance, compliance and audit readiness across the business.
• Develop role profiles, capability frameworks and career pathways across the organisation.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Technical and Supply Chain to build skills and functional excellence.
• Evolve talent management and succession planning with P&C to grow internal leaders.
• Identify future skills, guide capability planning and investment across the business.
• Oversee apprenticeships and learning partnerships to maximise impact.
