Job summary

Scandit is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Development to define and drive our learning strategy across a global workforce. You will lead end-to-end programs, partner with People Partners and senior leaders to shape talent reviews, succession planning and performance management, and scale learning initiatives to support career growth.

The role blends strategy with hands-on delivery in a hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Development or related field, ideally for a global tech org (>500 employees).
• Proven track record designing org-wide learning programs and leadership development.
• Experience partnering with HR to drive performance and organizational change.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment (tech/SaaS).
• Executive presence with credibility and pragmatism; strong facilitation skills.
• Comfort operating globally across Europe, APAC, and the US; fluent English.
• Ability to guide junior team members on shared projects (no direct reports).
• Data-driven with ability to tell a clear story from people metrics.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; AI fluency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company-wide talent development roadmap aligned to strategy.
• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end and measure impact, not activity.
• Oversee talent reviews, succession planning and performance management.
• Develop robust L&D programs to upskill employees and leaders.
• Partner with senior leadership and People Partners to ensure cohesive development.
• Own L&D vendor management and budget; influence tooling decisions.
