Job summary

SettleParadigm is seeking a Talent Development Partner to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development across the organisation. You will partner with leaders to identify needs and craft practical learning solutions, from leadership programmes to CPD, while championing the LMS and reporting.

You'll work in a hybrid setup with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, contributing to a culture where learning is embedded in everyday work and residents benefit

Qualifications

• Experience in learning & development roles.
• Designing and delivering learning programmes across an organisation.
• Strong understanding of L&D best practices.
• Knowledge of mandatory, compliance and Health & Safety training requirements.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to identify learning needs, evaluate impact and demonstrate ROI.
• Experience using digital learning platforms or LMS technology.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve our learning and development offer aligned with priorities.
• Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and craft development solutions.
• Design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes and workshops.
• Lead LMS development, reporting and user experience.
• Manage mandatory, compliance and Safety training frameworks.
• Deliver leadership and management development programmes.
• Coordinate apprenticeships and support professional qualifications.
