SettleParadigm is seeking a Talent Development Partner to lead learning and development across the organisation. You’ll design, deliver and continuously improve learning and development solutions, partnering with leaders to identify needs and create practical programmes that boost performance.
You’ll champion our LMS, manage mandatory training and CPD, and drive apprenticeship pathways. This is a values-led role with hybrid working and a focus on measuring impact and ROI.
Salary: £42,394 + excellent benefits
Location: Wooburn Green, High Wycombe
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office, 3 days per week from home
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Working closely with leaders and managers across the business, you'll play a key role in creating a culture where learning is part of everyday life, supporting people to grow, develop and deliver excellent outcomes for our residents and communities.
As our Talent Development Partner, you'll take the lead in designing, delivering and continuously improving learning and development across SettleParadigm. Partnering with leaders and managers, you'll identify development needs and create engaging, practical learning solutions that have a genuine impact on individual and organisational performance. From leadership development programmes and apprenticeships to mandatory training, professional qualifications and continuing professional development (CPD), you'll help ensure our colleagues have the tools, knowledge and confidence they need to thrive both now and in the future. You'll also be the champion for our Learning Management System (LMS), helping to create a seamless and engaging learning experience. By ensuring colleagues can easily access high-quality learning content and by providing meaningful reporting and insights, you'll support informed decision-making and help demonstrate the value of our learning investment. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. It offers the opportunity to influence organisational performance, enhance the colleague experience and help build a culture where people can do their best work and continue to grow. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you'll work with colleagues at all levels across SettleParadigm, building strong relationships and helping to shape our approach to learning and development for the future.
You’ll be a proactive and credible learning and development professional who enjoys working collaboratively with leaders and colleagues to build capability and drive performance. You'll be equally comfortable designing strategy, facilitating learning, analysing data and delivering practical solutions. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about helping people grow and creating development opportunities that make a meaningful difference.
