Job summary

SettleParadigm is seeking a Talent Development Partner to lead learning and development across the organisation. You’ll design, deliver and continuously improve learning and development solutions, partnering with leaders to identify needs and create practical programmes that boost performance.

You’ll champion our LMS, manage mandatory training and CPD, and drive apprenticeship pathways. This is a values-led role with hybrid working and a focus on measuring impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development, talent or organisational development.
• Ability to design and deliver across an organisation.
• Knowledge of L&D best practice and compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and improve learning and development across SettleParadigm.
• Identify learning needs with leaders and create engaging solutions.
• Lead and manage LMS content, reporting and user experience.
• Coordinate mandatory, compliance and H&S training frameworks.
• Deliver leadership and management development programmes.
• Support apprenticeships and professional qualifications.
