Job summary

InPost UK is hiring a Talent & Development Partner to join the People team. You will design and deliver impactful learning experiences, coach managers and support development across the organisation. This hands-on role partners with the Talent & Development Lead to embed our OD strategy and deliver high-quality training.

You’ll deliver face-to-face, virtual and e-learning, adapt content for diverse audiences and help build a culture of continuous learning and development across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in training or L&D roles.
• Ability to design engaging learning content.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Design, facilitate and deliver engaging learning solutions across multiple formats.
• Support Graduate, Intern, Coaching and Mentoring programmes.
• Drive apprenticeship development across UK operations.
• Deliver culture and organisational effectiveness workshops.
• Provide one-to-one coaching to line managers.
• Develop and refine learning materials and facilitator guides.
• Gather feedback and evaluate learning impact.
• Coordinate with Talent & Development Coordinator for events.
• Maintain training records and reporting data.
• Stay updated on trends in facilitation and adult learning.
