Job summary

Platform Housing Group is seeking two Learning & Organisational Development Business Partners to join a growing team. This home-based role involves regular travel to Solihull, Worcester, Newark, Louth and other locations, about two to three days per week, to support major transformation programmes and workforce development.

You will work with senior leaders to embed new ways of working, strengthen capability and deliver outcomes for customers and communities, sharing insights and coaching to

Qualifications

• Experience leading, designing and implementing OD projects.
• Experience with psychometric tools and applying findings.
• Experience developing or using digital learning solutions as part of a wider strategy.
• Management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to support major transformation programmes.
• Embed new ways of working and build workforce capability.
• Act as trusted adviser and challenge thinking to shape people-focused solutions.
• Travel regularly to Group offices (Solihull, Worcester) or other locations to support needs.
